Warranty

All electronic products sold by Virtue Holdings Private Limited are assured to be in good quality and fully functional at the time of sale, covered under warranty for any manufactural defects, and handed over to the client for general and standard usage subjected to the following terms and conditions.
- The warranty will not be effective for repairs/installations/services done by any third party other than Virtue Holdings Private Limited or its authorized service agents, damage caused by ancillary equipment and non-recommended accessories, general wear and tear, corrosion, promotional Items given free of charge with the main product, damages due to split and liquid, drop damages, seepage, secretion from insects, rodents or domestic pets, accident, fire, theft, act of god, power surges, electrical leakage, voltage fluctuations, negligence, misuse, abuse, incorrect installations, modifications, improper testing operations, defacing, obliteration or removal of components, damage due to shock or external force, lightning, being operated in alkaline or unsuitable atmosphere, using of products outside specification, using for purposes which are not recommended, using beyond the guidelines and capacity of product, alterations, defaced or suspected warranty documents and serial number alteration, any damage or loss to any third party or property, chargers, carrying cases, laptop bags, power adaptors, power cables, remote controller and any other consumable parts.
- Failure to install operating system updates, failure in the installation of softwares / apps, unsupported video and audio file formats are not considered as manufacturing defects and no warranty is provided for the same.
- If the product delivered by Virtue contains any damage caused during transit or handling, client shall be informed on the same and the client is advised to examine the purchased product thoroughly prior to accepting.
- If the product is beyond the economical repair, the product will be replaced with similar working condition and warranty shall be effective for the remaining period.
