Return and refund

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will strive our best to offer you a solution. Please read our below policy for more information on how to return an item or request a refund,

  • All the sold products are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable unless it is an internal technical in-built fault.
  • If a replacement unit for the size or specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item.
  • All acceptable refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which Virtue will not be responsible.
  • All manufacturing and material defects that require repair or return must be informed and returned to Virtue within the period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Any repair or return that failed to be reported or returned within the specified time frame will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Refunds will not be provided for the change of mind.
